Position available: Senior Civils Engineer
Location: Johannesburg

PBAI International South Africa is the African office of PBA International, based in the UK with international offices in 11 countries. PBAI (SA) provides engineering and environmental services across a broad spectrum of industries from energy and mining to industrial and government. As part of the expansion drive within SA office, we are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the development and the growth of the civil design office. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• +/- 8 yrs project management experience in infrastructure works (water, roads/drainage/bridges, public health etc). 
• Exposure to multidisciplinary projects is an added advantage.
• Experience in conditions of contract and site supervision.
• Exposure to both SA and UK design standards would be beneficial
• The need to develop clear understanding of corporate standards in Civil design is crucial.
• Professional registration required (Pr Eng)

The incumbent will be responsible for projects in our Mauritius offices operating in the Indian Ocean region and travelling to our UK offices on a regular basis, thus willingness to travel on international projects is key.
